The purpose of this study is to explore the post-pandemic internationalization behavior Paraguayan firms using a comparative multiple-case design as research methodology. Data was collected through qualitative, in-depth interviews with senior managers case and other sources evidence in 2022. findings suggest that differs from pre-pandemic behavior. data reveals seem have digitized their processes connect customers distributors, increase productivity internationalization, manage cost, develop online distribution marketing channels acquire international directly. “working home” trend allows them recruit more experts abroad global exporter business model, they may flexibly respond opportunities growing geopolitical risk. implications for practice theory.
